What’s so special about our Menu???

Our menu is a collection of special recipes from relatives passed on through generations. Most are made from a fusion of Pagsanjan and Ilonggo recipes from which we trace our roots from. Our resident cook is the mild-mannered Ate Rowena. No formal schooling, just years and years of experience and the innate love for cooking.

Inasal ni ‘Tay Manuel - Ilonggo way of grilling chicken where only the freshest chicken are used. Cut into small portions to guarantee it is well cooked in a short period, marinated, and spread continuously with margarine while being grilled.

Chicken Tinola ni Lola – Our traditional Tinola recipe. Made fresh as you can even pick fresh papaya beside your rooms and chili leaves from plants growing in the wild.

Ginataang Puso ng Saging ni Kuya Toto
- Only freshly harvested “Puso ng Saging” is used to make it tasty and juicy. Banana palms, coconut milk and green peppers from the farm to your table in an hour!

Ginataang Pakbet ni Rowena
– Pakbet with coconut milk and vegetables harvested from the farm's vegetable garden. Also great with Shrimp.

Adobo ni Tita Nini – A favorite dish during our family reunions. A perfect contrast of alat and asim.

Crispy Pork Binagoongan ni Nonins – Liempo slices steamed, then fried. Topped with fresh eggplant from the farm gardens and our special Villa Socorro Farm Homemade Bagoong.

Pinalamanang Tilapia ni Mang Natnoy
– Fresh tilapia from Laguna bay stuffed with onion and tomato and then grilled.

Crispy Porkchoplets ni Rowena – Tiny porkchop slices fried until golden crisp. Perfect when paired with native vinegar.

Inihaw na Liempo ni Yaya Evelyn – Our liempo recipe with meat so tender, it melts in your mouth.

Longganisang Lucban at Daing na Biya - Wake up to a cold morning and start your day right with Longganisa from the nearby town of Lucban and Daing na Biya from the Laguna lake. Sarap ng gising, sarap ng kain  with fried egg and garlic rice.

Ginataang Manok na may Papaya ni Kuya - Chicken slices and Papaya bathed in coconut milk and vinegar.

Sinigang na Ulo sa Miso - Fish from the market cooked with garden vegetables. Masarap na pampainit ng tiyan.

Pagsanjan Bibingka ni Aling Emma na may Kesong Puti - Breakfast or morning snack with Bibingka cooked the Pagsanjan way and matching kesong puti, one of Laguna's finest produce.


Pansit Bam-I Pagsanjan ni Rowena – Pagsanjan delicacy cooked our own way. Noodles topped with saucy tofu, pork and shrimp topped with sliced Kamias. A very different dining experience available only here in Pagsanjan. A must try!!!

Lechon ni Ebot – Daughter of Aling Conching who prepares succulent lechon in a very special way. Great for family or corporate feasts, as well as weddings and parties.
